A Referrer is the reputation-bearing actor on the platform. They build Decks of vetted candidates, endorse those candidates for Requirements, and earn when a placement is made. The Referrer's name and track record are attached to every submission — that accountability is the foundation of trust.
A Referrer Circle of Trust is a trusted private network among a set of Referrers. It enables circle-only visibility — meaning only Referrers inside your Circle can see and/or respond to certain Requirements with select Deck candidates. This keeps the right candidates in front of the right people, without broadcasting to the open marketplace.
When a candidate from your Deck is submitted for a Requirement and successfully placed, you receive a placement fee. The amount is set per Requirement. Your earnings compound with each placement, because every successful hire strengthens your trust score and makes your future submissions more competitive.
Yes — and that is by design. The trust is in the Referrer, not just the Candidate. The hiring Referrer reviews all submissions for a Requirement and chooses which endorsement to trust. Having multiple vouches can strengthen a candidate's case, while the quality of each Referrer's track record determines whose vouch carries more weight.
A Requirement is what indoobit calls a Referrer's personnel needs — posted by a Referrer only. Separately, an Employer's hiring need is synonymous on the platform with what Industry calls a "vacancy". This differentiation allows us to distinguish Referrer-to-Referrer referrals for the purpose of building Decks, versus Referrer-to-Employer referrals for the purpose of filling vacancies.
Candidates join indoobit via a Referrer's invite link or through the marketplace. Instead of cold-applying, you're represented by someone who has stake in your success. Your profile is visible to the Referrers and Circles your endorser belongs to — a more direct path than a stack of unsolicited applications.
